Reservation Policies and Guidelines

· A credit card is required to hold your appointment.

· We request advance notice of all cancellations or reschedule requests at a minimum of  four (4) - hours. 

· If you cancel your appointment in less than twenty four hours and we are unable to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for your service.

· Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

· We request that cell phones and pagers be turned off or set to vibrate upon entering the salon.

· Prices listed do not include taxes and gratuity.

· Prices are subject to change without notice at anytime.

· Gratuity is appreciated for exceptional service at $10-20% of your spa treatment.
