SPA RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that your spa experience will be a memorable one. Your appointment will end on time so that we don not delay the next client. Please notify us in advance if you have a preference for a male or female therapist.

Hibiscus Day Spa cancellation policy is at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time or the full service fee will be charged.

Tuesdays - Saturdays — 11:00am-8:00pm
Sundays — 1:00pm - 5:00pm

We are closed on Mondays
